Bitrix24 softphone is available in browsers, mobile devices (Android and iOS), and via Windows, Mac, and Linux desktop apps. Dial pads, click-to-dial, autodial, and progressive dialer (beta testing) with IVR (beta testing) are at your disposal.

The fact that in Bitrix24 CRM and softphone are already integrated, gives you several advantages, other than you can call with just one click. First, all phone calls are logged, recorded (if necessary), and upended to CRM records. If an existing client calls your phone number, he or she will be automatically connected with a manager responsible for this account. The manager will see the client card on the computer and will be able to greet the client by name. CRM managers can also view the entire CRM history for this client during the conversation.
