Deal smart activities (help article). If a deal does not have planned activities, our CRM system will prompt you to create one, so that the deal is not left without your attention for a long time.
New counters of activities (help article). There is no longer a Without activities counter, but a Without activities column in Activities view. With two types of counters: Inbound and Planned.
